Do you speak Japanese? Did you copy this? Or did you translate it?

To paraphrase somebody, I don't speak Japanese, but I do like to eat it! (And my latin is so far in the past as to be non-existent!)

Stu - I thought Zogonians had something they stuck in their ear to translate everything? Or maybe I'm getting mixed up with the bishop and transsubstantiation?

It translates as:

"This is a test of Japanese. That's interesting. What a great photo.See you."

my question was really aimed at Komodori - but in fact I think he copied it as there is a posting elsewhere which looks very similar

 You think wrongly.

It translates as:"This is a test of Japanese. That's interesting. What a great photo.See you."

Not quite, despite what the Google translator might think. It translates as  'This is a test of Japanese. Interesting isn't it? Is the photograph wonderful? See you.'

日本の作品のためのテストを行います。 私は、ここで撮影されているが、写真のように？

That's a rather odd selection of inflexions you've got there: formal in the first sentence, informal in the second. To answer what I think your question means, which may not be what you meant, (and again, don't believe what Google tells you my answer means),　このサイトが撮影のですから、写真はも良い作品です。

Here is another famous Japanese poem:

I eat my peas with honey,

Well, this topic inspired my mum to read he book of Haiku.

She's in her room chucking over this one....

"It pierces my heel,

as I walk in the bedroom,

my late wife's comb."

She thinks the late wife was a nag who wants to have the last dig at her husband.
